The silver coin was struck from pure Ag bullion.9999, weighing 2 troy ounces and measuring 45 mm in diameter, in antiqued standard. The mintage of the coin is 1,473 pieces. The currency was made by Germania Mint, commissioned by the Central Bank of Malta. What's more, the coin comes delivered in a case with an accompanying certificate of authenticity.
Obverse depicts an image of Nicolaus Copernicus and a gilded amber sun, designed by Natalia Danysz. The obverse bears the inscription "NICOLAUS COPERNICUS" and the face value.
Reverse the silver coin shows the solar system, the Coat of Arms of the Central Bank of Malta and information about the issuing country, weight, year of mintage and purity of the bullion.
