§ 2. Information collected by automated means

The Administrator does not collect any data by automatic means, with the exception of the data contained in cookies when using the Shop. Cookies are text files sent by the Shop and stored on your device containing certain information related to your use of the Shop. Cookies are used by the Shop for the following purposes:

§ 4 Profiling

Some sub-pages within the website and other means of communication with you may contain so-called „web beacons” (so-called Electronic Images). Web beacons make it possible to obtain information such as e.g. the IP address of the computer to which the page on which the web beacon has been posted has been loaded, the URL number of the page, the time the page was loaded, the type of browser as well as information contained in cookies in order to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements. § 5 Release of collected information

In order to fulfil the contract, the online shop makes the data collected from you available to the following entities: courier companies, postal operators, payment system operators. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum.

The customer making a purchase in the online shop agrees to the transfer of his/her e-mail address to Opineo Sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław and to the processing of his/her personal data by the shop and Opineo Sp. z o.o. in order to fill in a survey with an opinion about the transaction made in the online shop pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO.

All connections related to your making electronic payments, if you choose to do so, will be made via a secure encrypted connection. § 9. Period of storage of personal data

The Internet Shop shall store your personal data for the time necessary to complete the agreement, no longer than until the expiry of the limitation periods related to claims arising from the purchase of goods offered by the Internet Shop or the storage of data for the purpose of keeping records required by law. In the case of data processing for marketing purposes , the data will be processed until the Customer unsubscribes from the Newsletter or objects to the processing of his/her data for marketing purposes. § 10. Other websites

Links to other websites may periodically appear within the Site. Such websites operate independently of the Site and are in no way supervised by the Online Shop. These websites may have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read before visiting them. The Online Shop is not responsible for the data handling policies of these websites.
