Availability

Most of the products on our website are available in immediate delivery. If the item is unavailable, we try to complement the shortage as quickly as possible. Please remember that products marked as limited and popular among collectors quickly disappear from the website. It is always worth ordering the product you are interested in earlier to avoid disappointment.

Delivery cost

Our shipments are carried out immediately after receiving payment for the order. After the payment is entered into the accounts, the order is usually sent within 1-2 working days (this applies to products in immediate delivery; in the case of a forward delivery, please take into account the time specified on the product card needed to bring the product ordered by you).

Please note that bank transfers can be entered into the account with a long delay, which may significantly delay the shipping process.

We use only trusted forwarding companies with documented experience, such as UPS or DPD, as well as Poczta Polska (Pocztex), Inpost parcel machines and Paczki w RUCHU for domestic shipments. All orders are carefully packaged and insured so that they can be delivered safely to the address indicated by you.

For domestic orders over PLN 5000, the shipment is free of charge.
