The obverserepresents the image of King Charles III. The obverse also features the inscription 'CHARLES III', 'COOK ISLANDS' and the denomination and year. The designer of the obverse was Daniel Thorne.
The reverse shows the underwater world, a person dressed in a diving suit and a submarine. The reverse also contains information about the year the coin was struck.
