Obverse features a portrait of King Charles III, along with the denomination, designed by Steven Rosati.
The central element of the reverse is a joyful scene of Canadian soldiers meeting Dutch civilians. In the background, Dutch flags and blooming tulips, symbols of hope and renewal, can be seen. The inscriptions “CANADA” and “1945–2025” also appear, symbolizing Victory Day and the 80th anniversary of the end of the war in Europe. The reverse was designed by Neil Hamelin.
