Product 230. anniversary of the Kościuszko Uprising 50 zloty Silver 2024 High Relief is an interesting numismatic offer presented by the National Bank of Poland. The currency was minted on the occasion of 230. anniversary of the Kościuszko Uprising.
The coin was made of sterling silver Ag.999, weighing 62.20 grams, measuring 32 x 50 mm and in high relief. The product was minted in the denomination of 50 zloty.
Moreover, the coin has a strictly limited mintage of up to 6,000 minted pieces and the whole coin comes in an exclusive case with a certificate of authenticity.
Obverse the silver coin shows crossed sabers and scythes and the image of the white eagle, which is on the emblem of the Republic of Poland. The obverse bears the inscription "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2024", as well as information on the face value of the currency.
Reverse shows a fragment of Alfred Daun's 1896 bas-relief titled "The Ordination of the Baton". It is located on the wall of the Loretto house at the Capuchin fathers' monastery in Krakow. Introduces the figures of generals Tadeusz Kosciuszko and Jozef Wodzicki, and the capuchin father Tadeusz Krawczynski. The reverse also bears the inscription "230th ANNIVERSARY OF THE INSURANCE OF KOSCUSKOVSKY".
