The pieces have weights and diameters of respectively: 7.988 grams and 22.05 mm, 3.994 grams and 19.30 mm, 1.997 grams and 13.50 mm, 15.976 grams and 28.4 mm, 39.94 grams and 36.02 mm. Each coin in the historic series has an admixture of copper, which makes it highly resistant to scratches and damage. In addition, all Sovereigns are guaranteed by the UK Government. The product comes with individual, original packaging.
Averses show the likeness of King Charles III of Great Britain, the inscription "CHARLES III∙DEI∙GRA∙REX∙FID∙DEF", designed by Martin Jennings. The Rewers depict the scene of Saint George slaying the dragon. The date of issue is also indicated at the bottom of the gold coin. The reverse was designed by Benedetto Pistrucci.
