Payment for an order placed using a traditional bank transfer should be made within 48 hours of the order being placed.

In the title of the payment, please specify the number of the order being placed. This will facilitate the process of posting the payment. Upon receipt of payment, the order is immediately processed.

  • The payment arrives in the bank account almost immediately, so that the order is directed directly to execution.
  • For payment via PayU system.com a commission of 1% of the order value is added, charged by the intermediary.
  • PayU platform.com allows payment by the following methods: payment card, online transfers, BLIK standard payment.

NOTES: The broker allows payment in the following currencies: PLN, EURO, CZK.

Cash on delivery Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery payments can be made for the following order categories and delivery methods: Pocztex Courier - 48 collection at the point - order up to the amount of 10 000 PLN

  • Pocztex Courier - 48 with delivery to the customer - order up to the amount of 3000 PLN
  • Pocztex Courier - 24 collection at the point - order up to the amount of 10 000 PLN
  • Pocztex Courier - 24 with delivery to the customer - order up to the amount of 1000 PLN

NOTES:In case of non-collection of the parcel on delivery, the Customer will be charged with the cost generated by the return of the parcel to the warehouse (calculated each time based on the value of the parcel) and the cost of re-shipping and insuring the parcel (insurance is 0.1% of the order value).

This amount will be calculated and posted as a negative balance with the need to pay the appropriate amount on the next transaction.

In the case of a cash-on-delivery order for an amount exceeding PLN 10,000, the store reserves the right to withhold processing and change the form of payment to prepayment.

The store reserves the right to claim reimbursement of costs that arose due to the customer's failure to collect the cash on delivery also in the event that the customer does not place further orders."
