Who and where can purchase?
Our products can be purchased at our branch in the center of Warsaw or by placing an order through our online store. Both gold and silver (as well as platinum, palladium and accessories) can be purchased by a natural person with full legal capacity and a legal person.
Is it necessary to have ID when buying precious metals?
In the case of collection of goods ordered and paid for by the Online Store, we ID the persons collecting them to make sure that the Goods go to the right hands. This data is not used for anything and is not stored anywhere. If purchased at the branch and paid on the spot: - up to the amount of 10 thousand. euros, the customer does not need to show us anything - above 10 thousand. euro we are obliged to take down the client's data from the ID card and provide information about the transaction to the General Inspector of Financial Information in accordance with the Law of November 16, 2000. on the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). U. of 2010. No. 46, pos. 276).
Why buy the coin?
Prices of bullion coins are slightly higher than bars of the same weight. This is due to the higher cost of coin production. Investing money in coins is recommended in particular to investors who care about high liquidity. The ease of verifying authenticity means that coins - especially popular ones - can be sold on the spot anywhere in the world. Coins are a good option for people who appreciate both investment and numismatic value. In the case of some currencies, annual changes in the coin's image cause it to gain collector value.
Why buy a bar?
Due to the lower cost of production, bars are the cheapest form of investing in metals. Depositing money in bars is recommended especially for long-term investments aimed at higher returns. At the same time, it is worth noting that bars are handier to store than coins. In the case of silver bars, we can be almost 100% sure that they will not become covered with any tarnish - unlike silver coins.
What is a certipack/certicard and why you should buy one?
CertiPack/ CertiCard, is a special packaging of investment bars bearing a certificate confirming the authenticity of the goods. Opening the CertiPack, i.e., tampering with the packaging, is equivalent to damaging the bar, which may cause problems in subsequent resale. Therefore, it is worth taking care of the best possible protection of the purchased Goods.
Why when paying via DotPay.pl an additional amount is added?
This is a payment through an intermediary, so that the payment is posted almost immediately (however, some delays may occur, due to disruptions in the flow of information). However, a commission of 2% of the total order amount is added for this payment. To avoid this payment, make a traditional bank transfer to your bank account. Transfer details are in the contact tab.
How to check the authenticity of a coin?
Verification of the coin's authenticity is most easily accomplished using mint lines. These are rulers containing holes corresponding to the dimensions of the corresponding coins. For checking the authenticity of coins, a scale will also come in handy. If the weight, diameter and width of the coin agree, we can be almost sure that the coin is authentic. The principle of mint lines is based on the fact that it is impossible to forge all the parameters of a gold coin. If the weight of the counterfeit coin would be correct, the diameter or width will not match. An excellent way to inspect a coin is to use a spectrometer, which allows us to "look through the coin all the way", i.e. examine the bullion content.
What is the spot price and what it depends on?
SPOT price, is the market value of bullion. SPOT prices of precious metals are largely dependent on m.in. on natural resources, the cost of extracting them, the amount of a given bullion on the market, and the situation in the markets (m.in. dollar value). Added to the SPOT price is the cost of delivery to market.
What gold and silver we buy? What the price depends on?
We buy back gold and silver purchased both from us and from other dealers. Current buying prices can be followed on our buying website www.buyzlota365.en. The price depends on the current exchange quotations, the type of goods sold, the vintage, and the state of preservation.

Does creating an account obligate me to make a purchase?
Absolutely not. Your account will be active for as long as you wish and can be deleted at any time.
Do the prices listed in the store include vat?
Product prices are gross. In the case of gold, this product is exempt from VAT. Silver, platinum, palladium products and accessories are subject to a statutory tax of 23% VAT.
Is it possible to receive an invoice?
Naturally. At the time of order processing, you will be asked to choose which receipt you would like to receive - a receipt, an invoice for a company or an invoice for an individual. In addition, you have the option of deciding whether you want to receive the bill in traditional paper form, or whether you prefer to receive it at the e-mail address you have provided. If you choose to have the receipt delivered by e-mail, the receipt from the cash register will be included in the shipment.
Can I pick up the ordered goods in person?
Any product ordered from the online store, the Customer may pick up in person at the premises of Metal Market Europe sp z o.o.o. in Warsaw at Wiejska 11 lok. 1. When completing the order, please select the option for personal pick-up, and when the item is available, the store staff will contact you to arrange the date and time of pick-up. It is then necessary to take with you a document confirming your identity.
What guarantee do I have that the goods ordered are authentic?
Store Metal Market Europe sp z o.o. is under the jurisdiction of the highest government financial establishments and is listed in the national register of companies. If you feel the need to check the credibility of the store, please go to the Terms and Conditions page and check the accuracy of the data and registration numbers provided there.
How coins and bars are shipped?
Individual coins are packaged in plastic caps or are shipped in their original packaging. Larger quantities of coins are shipped in mint tubes. Bars are shipped in original mint packaging. All coins and bars are protected with bubble wrap and shipped in company boxes.
Will I receive a receipt?
Each purchase comes with a receipt from the cash register and a printed receipt from the system. Currently, you have a choice of two ways to deliver your bill: traditional, attached to your order, and electronically to the email you provided.
What is the lead time for the order
Products marked "24h shipping" will be shipped within 24h of receiving payment. (Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday at the earliest). If the order includes products available for immediate delivery and products available for on-time delivery, the order will be shipped/prepared for pickup no later than the maximum time limit for the product included in the order.
