Stony Coral colored 3 Euro Copper 2023 is the fifth product in the "Luminous Marine Life" series, which will consist of 12 coins. "Stony Coral," or Monkfish, is a marine fish that lives in a solitary, lightless environment at the bottom of the sea.

The coin comes from the renowned Austrian Mint. The 2023 copper coin does not have a minted weight or bullion sample. The currency is legal tender in Austria.

Obverse shows 12 sea creatures, which are part of the "Luminous Marine Life" series. On the obverse, there is also the coin's denomination and the inscription "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH."

Reverse depicts a colored coral, the inscription "STEINKORALLE" and the year the coin was minted. The reverse of the coin glows in the dark.
