Coin St. Kitts & Nevis: Siege of Brimstone Hill colored 1 oz Silver 2020 Proof is a unique product that commemorates the Battle of Brimstone Hill, between French soldiers against British soldiers from January 19 to February 12, 1782. The product is from the Eastern Caribbean 8 series.
The currency was minted from pure Ag bullion.999, with a weight of one troy ounce and a diameter of 39mm, in standard proof. The silver coin was produced by the Scottsdale Mint, in a low mintage of only 500 pieces. The product is guaranteed and is legal tender in the territories of the eight countries of the Central Bank of the Eastern Caribbean. The coin was placed in its original packaging with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
Obverse the silver coin features the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions "QUEEN ELIZABETH II" and "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL PARK." The obverse also features information on the weight, purity of the bullion and face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.
Reverse depicts a colored hill and soldiers on horseback. The reverse also bears the inscription "ST. KITTS & NEVIS "SIEGE OF BRIMSTONE HILL" and the year of the mintage of the cylinder.
