Wallal Centenary - Australia Tests Einstein's Theory 1 oz Silver 2022 Proof Domed Coin refers to the 1922 expedition in Wallal, Western Australia, which photographed a total solar eclipse. Astronomers from the Perth Observatory formed an expedition led by William Campbell of the Lick Observatory (USA) that was successful in taking images of the phenomenon, providing evidence supporting Einstein's theory.

The silver coin was minted at the Royal Australian Mint in Ag bullion grade.999, weighing 1 troy ounce and 39.62 mm in diameter, in standard proof. The product has a very interesting appearance, through the dome-shaped beating, which shows the depth of the design and incredibly enhances every detail. The coin is not only characterized by a stunning image of the reverse as well as the obverse, but is also distinguished by the fact that it was produced in a limited mintage of only 5,000 pieces.
