The silver coin is minted in pure Ag.9999 bullion, weighing 2 troy ounces, 40.69 mm in diameter and in antiqued standard and in a limited edition of 3,000 pieces.

Furthermore, Australia's oldest mint, The Perth Mint, is responsible for the issuance of this silver piece. It is also worth mentioning that the entire piece is minted on behalf of the State of Tuvalu, and therefore each piece is guaranteed by the Tuvalu government and is legal tender in that country.
