Tuvalu: Lunar III - Year of the Dragon 1 oz Silver 2024 Rotating Charm Antiqued Coin
The coin was struck in pure Ag.9999 sterling silver, weighing 1 troy ounce, in antiqued standard. The Year of the Dragon collector's edition is produced in a limited edition of just 3,000 pieces. What's more, each coin has been enhanced with a rotating, gilded image of the titular animal. In addition, the individual pieces come in elegant packaging with an accompanying certificate of authenticity.
The Averse of the Year of the Dragon silver coin is decorated with the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II. The whole is surrounded by the inscription "QUEEN ELIZABETH II" , "TUVALU" and information on the date of issue and the face value of the coin. The obverse was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley.
Rewers include a rotating, gilded portrait of a dragon. The reverse also contains information about the weight and purity of the bullion. The designer of the reverse was Natasha Muhl.
