The obverse bears the inscription "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA", as well as information on the coin's face value and the year the coin was struck.
Reverse presents a sculpture by Slovak artist Ludvik Korkoš - "Man and the Universe". The reverse also bears the inscription "SLOVAKIAN NATIONAL MINORITY IN POLAND"
