Canada: National Indigenous Peoples - Commemorative Collector Keepsake Card 7 coins 2023 is a commemorative set celebrating the National Indigenous Peoples Day celebrated on June 21. The ceremony aims to recognize and honor the cultures of Indians, Inuit and Metis. The design of the two 2-dollar numismatic coins was designed by three individual artists, Megan Currie, Myrna Pokiak and Jennine Krauchi.
Valor is minted from an alloy of copper and nickel and bromine and aluminum.. The coins have denominations - 2 Dollar, 1 Dollar, 25 Cent, 10 Cent, 5 Cent, In order of highest face value, the products have weight and diameter: 6.99 g and 28 mm, 6.27 g and 26.5 mm, 4.40 g and 23.88 mm, 1.75 g and 18.03 mm, 3.95 g and 21.20 mm.
The copy has individual packaging. This remarkable set was produced by The Royal Canadian Mint, in an edition of 50,000 pieces. The coins are guaranteed by the Government of Canada as to its legality, purity of bullion and origin of the metal, and are full legal tender in the country of the issuer.
Obverses depict the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II, the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "DG REGINA", "1952-2022" and the date of issue, designed by Susanna Blunt.
On the reverses information about the nominal value and the country of the issuer was placed. The two 2-dollar coins showcase impressive designs and symbols drawn from the culture and heritage of Canada's indigenous peoples. Other qualities depict, in turn, the polar bear, Mosaic of Canadian, Common Loon duck, Caribou reindeer, Bluenose sailing ship, and beaver.
