The coin was produced from pure Ag bullion.999, with a weight of one troy ounce and a diameter of 40 mm. The distinctive feature of the cylinder is an accentuation on the obverse side and a concavity on the reverse side. The renowned mint, The Royal Australian Mint, is responsible for the limited issue of the currency, numbering 50,000 pieces. The product is guaranteed by the Australian government and is a full-fledged means of payment in the country of the issuer.
Obverse the silver coin is decorated with an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Jody Clark. Reverse depicts the figure of a sitting rabbit. The reverse side bears the inscription "YEAR OF THE RABBIT," and the Chinese character. The designer of the reverse was B.Scott.
