Niue: Venus De Milo $5 Silver 2023 High Relief Antiqued Coin is the first coin to showcase the Venus de Milo, a marble sculpture from the Hellenistic period from ca. 130-100 r. p.n.e. It is about 203 cm high. It was made of Parian marble. Depicts a half-naked figure of a goddess with slightly crossed legs.
The coin is minted from Ag silver.999, weighing 62.2 grams, 50 mm in diameter, and in high relief and antiqued standards. The excellent Lithuanian Mint is responsible for the limited issue of 500 pieces. The product is delivered in individual, original packaging. Coins are full-fledged means of payment in the country of the issuer.
Obverse the silver coin depicts Niue's coat of arms along with information about the face value, purity of the bullion and the year the coin was minted.
Reverse shows the image of Venus de Milo, the inscription "VENUS". The designer of the reverse was Egidijus Rapolisė.
