The coin was produced from pure Ag bullion.999, weighing two troy ounces and 38.61 mm in diameter, in standard proof and ultra high relief. The mintage of the coin is 999 pieces. Obverse shows the image of Queen Elizabeth II, the inscription "ELIZABETH II", "COOK ISLANDS" and the denomination and year. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.
