The Australian Emu, the first in a series of silver and gold coins, the sale of which closed 36h after publication on the store's website due to out of print. This is an undoubted success of the coin. The silver coin was minted in 2018 at the renowned The Perth Mint. This bullion coin impresses with its extraordinary quality and attention to detail. The coin was released in a limited edition of 30,000 copies and is the first of the a series of coins with the image of Emu.

Obverse the silver coin depicts the image of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, and the coin is surrounded by the inscription "ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA." The obverse also features information on the face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.
On the reverse side placed an image of the Australian emu, which is in the emblem of Australia and confirms the country's motto: "never backward, always forward". The animal is shown against a background of the Australian wilderness, and above it is the inscription "AUSTRALIAN EMU". In addition, on the reverse side was included information about the weight, purity of the bullion, the year the coin was minted, and the mint mark of The Perth Mint - "P". The designer of the reverse was Jennifer McKenna.
