Vienna Philharmonic 1 oz Silver 2017

Silver Vienna Philharmonic 2017 is the next installment of the iconic investment series. It is a silver coin that is produced from pure Ag silver.999, weighing one troy ounce. The product is also the first investment coin that was initially issued in Euro currency.

The Vienna Philharmonic has been produced by the Austrian Mint since 2008. Each coin in the silver series is a full-fledged means of payment, guaranteed by the Austrian government as to the legality, purity of the bullion and the origin of the metal. It is also worth noting that the design of the Austrian coins, designed by Thomas Pesendorfer, was created using computer graphics and then transferred directly to the coins.

Obverse adorns the legendary organ of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition, the obverse has information on the face value, weight and year of minting of the coin.

Reverse introduces the eight iconic instruments of the Austrian orchestra: four violins, cello, horn, bassoon and harp.
