Niue: Eight Immortals - Zhang Guolao coloured 1 oz Silver 2022 High Relief Antiqued Coin
The coin was struck in Ag.999 sterling silver, weighing 2 troy ounces and measuring 45 mm in diameter. The coin is gold-plated with 24-carat gold. The coin's issue is limited to 500 pieces and comes with a guarantee from the Government of Niue as to the purity of the bullion, legality and origin of the metal. The currency is also full legal tender in the issuing country.
The obverse of the silver coin depicts the coat of arms of Niue and part of the seat of the gods together with herons, as well as information on the face value, date of issue, weight and purity of the bullion.
The reverse of the coin shows Zhang Guolao riding a white mule. The reverse also bears the inscription 'ZHANG GUALAO'.
