The obverse of the coin depicts the Samoa coat of arms. The obverse shows the weight, purity of the bullion, the year the coin was struck and the face value.
The Rewers of the coin depicts an eagle. The inscription "GOLDEN EAGLE" completes the design. The reverse contains information on the weight and purity of the bullion.
