The Montserrat: Oriole 1 ounce Silver 2020 coin is a unique product that depicts an ochre cockatoo. The bird is endemic to the island of Montserrat. The product is from the Eastern Caribbean 8 series and the coin was struck in pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing one troy ounce and measuring 39mm in diameter. The silver coin was produced by the Scottsdale Mint, in a low mintage of only 25,000 pieces. The product is guaranteed and is legal tender in the territories of the eight countries of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.The obverse of the silver coin features an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions 'QUEEN ELIZABETH II' and 'EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL PARK'. The obverse also shows the weight, purity of the bullion and face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley. The Rewers depicts a bird - an ochre cacique on a branch.
