The relief of Vienna 100 Gold 2023 Proof

The product Odsiecz wiedeńska 100 zloty Gold 2023 Proof is an interesting numismatic offer presented by the National Bank of Poland. The currency was minted on the occasion of 340. the anniversary of the victory of John III Sobieski in the battle of Vienna. The battle was fought on September 12, 1683. The Battle of Vienna is also known as the Siege of Vienna and the Victoria of Vienna.

The currency was made of gold sample Au.900, weighing 8 grams, with a diameter of 21 mm and in the proof standard - bits with a mirror stamp. The product was minted in the denomination of 100 zloty.

Moreover, the coin has a strictly limited mintage of up to 1,200 minted pieces.

Obverse the gold coin presents the bust of Jan III Sobieski and the image of the white eagle, which is on the emblem of the Republic of Poland. The obverse bears the inscription "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2023", as well as information on the face value of the currency.

Reverse shows hussars with their horses at a gallop. The reverse also bears the inscription "VIETNAM'S DISSEMINATION".
