Noah's Ark 1/4 oz Gold 2025
The Noah's Ark gold coin is a popular investment product, minted in 1/4 ounce weight and Au.9999 bullion purity. This interesting coin is issued by the Central Bank of Armenia. However, the production process itself takes place at a private German mint - Leipziger Edelmetall Verarbeitung. Coins with the image of the Ark are guaranteed by the government of the Republic of Armenia as to their legality, purity of the sample and origin of the bullion, and are full legal tender within the country. The Averse of the coin, designed by Eduard Kurghinyan, depicts the Ark on a rough sea, with Mount Ararat in the background and the rising sun can be seen. The mountain is named after Ara, a Bronze Age idol. Ara was the god of death and rebirth. In the centre of the coin is a dove in flight over the waters of the Flood, holding an olive branch in its beak. The edge bears the inscription 'Noah's ark', in English. The Rewers of the coin depicts the Armenian coat of arms, together with the minted denomination of 10000 drams and the year of issue. On the right-hand side, below the coat of arms, are the weight and the gold sample in which the coin was struck. At the bottom edge is the inscription 'Republic of Armenia'.Producer
