The gold Kangaroo coin is one of the most popular investment products among collectors. The very history of this remarkable bouillon dates back to 1987. For the first 21 years of production, the gold kangaroo was minted as a gold nugget coin. Importantly, the image has invariably been adorned with a kangaroo since 1995; earlier designs depicted mined gold nuggets in addition to the kangaroo.
