The aforementioned coin was produced in proof standard (mirror stamp) from 22-karat gold in Au.9167 with an impressive weight of 15,982 grams. The total mintage of the unique 2024 coin is only 375 pieces. What's more, the whole thing comes in elegant packaging with an accompanying certificate of authenticity.
The obverse depicts King Charles III of Great Britain, as designed by Dan Thorne. The face value of the coin and the issuing country can also be found on it. The Rewers shows a naked warrior on horseback, brandishing a sword over a dragon. The coin bears the inscription 'AUSTRALIA', 2024' and the mint mark 'P125'. The reverse was designed by Jennifer McKenna.
