The coin's issue is limited to 15,000 pieces and comes with a guarantee from the Niue Government as to the purity of the bullion, legality and origin of the metal. The currency is also full legal tender in the issuing country.
The obverse of the silver coin depicts the Niue coat of arms, the inscription "NIUE ISLAND 2022" and information on the face value of the coin.
The reverse of the coin shows the letter "B" and the inscriptions "BITCOIN", "VIRES IN NUMERIS". The reverse also contains information about the weight and purity of the bullion from which the coin was made.
