The Gods of Olympus series is a noteworthy offering from renowned precious metals producer The Perth Mint. The Gods of Olympus collection was first made public in 2014 and sold out immediately. In 2020, there is a reissue of this remarkable collection and this time, in addition to the coins having "Antiqued Finish", the manufacturer has also prepared an investment version - a bullion version.
The silver bullion coin depicting Artemis is a product made of pure Ag bullion.9999, weighing one troy ounce and 40.9 mm in diameter, in an antiqued version. The 2023 coin is the eighth coin in the Gods of Olympus series. The coin is guaranteed by the government of Tuvalu and is a full-fledged means of payment within the country. Importantly, this is a silver copy, which has a strictly limited edition of 1,500 pieces. It is therefore worth taking an interest in this coin, as well as the entire series.
Obverse the silver coin features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and information on the face value, weight, minting proof and date of issue. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.
Reverse shows a figure of Artemis with a bow accompanied by a deer, designed by Jennifer McKenna. In addition, the reverse side bears the inscription "ARTEMIS" and the mint mark in the form of the letter "P".
