The Lunar series refers to the 12 animals representing the Chinese lunar calendar. The year 2025 belongs to the snake and is viewed as a time of deep reflection, wisdom, and inner development. Snakes are known as philosophical thinkers, patient, and contemplative. The Chinese zodiac sign of the snake corresponds to the years: 1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, and 2025. The product features a privy mark in the form of a coiled dragon.
The coin is struck from silver with a fineness of Ag.9999, weighs 1 troy ounce, and has a diameter of 40.6 mm. The limited mintage is handled by the renowned precious metals producer - The Perth Mint. The coin is guaranteed by the Australian government for the legality and origin of the metal and serves as legal tender in the issuing country.
